Holistic Wellness Summit, LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit this website or join the community, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Account details you give us when you join: your name, email address, and password. Your password is stored in protected (hashed) form and we cannot read it.
- Profile choices: your display name, and whether you chose to receive emails from us.
- How you found us: the answer you choose to "How did you hear about us?", and the link, referring site, or tag (for example, a YouTube video) that brought you to the site. We use this to learn which of our content reaches people.
- Your agreement to our terms, and the date you gave it.
- Things you post in the community, once discussions are available.
How we use it
- To run your account and the community.
- To send the newsletter and updates, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand which videos and posts bring people to the site, and to improve what we offer.
- To keep the community safe and enforce the Community Rules.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who helps us run the site
We use trusted service providers: Supabase (stores account and community data), Cloudflare (hosts and delivers the website), and, for purchases, a payment provider such as Stripe, which handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Your choices
- You can edit your name and email preference on your Members page.
- You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing drbachmeier@hwsummit.org.
- This website is for adults. It is not directed to children under 18.
Not clinical services
This site provides education and personal-growth resources only. It does not provide psychological, medical, or therapeutic services, and we do not collect health records. Please do not post private health information about yourself or others in the community.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
